Ultima Online is a fantasy role-playing game set in the Ultima universe. The game is the product of Austin game developing legend Richard Garriott, who conceived a fantasy world involving several thousand people who play in a persistent, ongoing fantasy experience. Garriott believed it was important for Ultima Online to be a game with a theme, a story, and a quest.
David Wenger led the creative team that created the Ultima Online persona for marketing purposes. “Are You With Us?” became the clarion call for players to join this pioneering gaming experience.
